In a bowl, mix the parmesan and the mozzarella.
Add eggs and mix again.
Season with oregano and slowly add flour until the dough doesn't stick to the hands.
Form ping pong sized balls and cover them with bread crumbs.
Fry in a pan with plenty of oil until the cheese balls are browned on the outside.
I made this dish for dinner tonight and it was excellent.
I loved this. I don't have words to explain how delicious and amazing this dish is.
Unfortunately it is not in my taste.I do not recommend it.
